Sidebar explorer - the left panel shows the full folder tree. Folders map to knowledge domains (e.g., cs/dsa/ for data structures and algorithms).
Breadcrumbs - the path at the top of each page shows where you are in the hierarchy.
Search - full-text search is available from the top-left. It searches titles, content, and tags.
Graph view - the interactive graph on each page shows how it links to other notes. The global graph (click the expand icon) shows the entire site.
Backlinks - at the bottom-right of each page, you’ll see which other notes link to the current one.
Reading tips
- Index pages exist at each folder level and act as maps of content (MOCs). Start there when exploring a new area.
- Wikilinks like
[[linked page]]connect related ideas across the garden. Follow them - that’s how the garden is meant to be read. - Tags group notes by cross-cutting themes. Click any tag to see all pages sharing it.
- Notes vary in completeness. See Note Types for what to expect.
